Apple made the right move when it decided to open retail stores.

It makes all the sense in the world. I now visit the Apple store near me
with great anticipation.

There's a wealth of knowledge there, just waiting for the asking, and I
love it...

This is actually too good a thing as far as I'm concerned.

If I have a certain problem, I know that when I walk out, that its
answered.

Their classes in iPhoto, iMovie are invaluable. But, I sure wish they'd
have a class in iDVD now....

I always try to purchase something at the store, since I don't want them
to go out of business, and my purchase might be considered an
investment in Apple Stores longevity
