Superbowl XXXVIII
I voted for the Superbowl. I cannot believe that they would let 20 years go by, bring up the fact that it was 20 year anniversary, bring up the original ad from the superbowl, play the entire thing, and then ignore it. Would Apple, who just loves marketing tactics, pass up the opportunity to sell something "special"? I'm guessing "Special 20th Anniversary G5 cube-type thing".

I vote for a the iBox and front Projector will be introduce at the superbowl. Just a guess
Superbowl XXXVIII
Well, in a round-about way, Apple is doing something for the Superbowl already. They're teaming up with Pepsi for the iTunes music store song giveaway. Pepsi is going to be running commercials featuring teenagers who were busted by the RIAA for trading MP3 music - but they're all talking about how they download their music from iTunes now. Then they'll tell you how 1 in 3 Pepsi caps is a winner for a free song download.

Seeing what failures both the 10th Anniversary and the Cube were, it seems unlikely that combining the ideas will prove any better.

10th anniversary? I assume that you are talking about the 20th anniversary Mac (TAM) that was made for the 20th anniversary of Apple?
iPod to DV-Cam
I see an iPod that I can hook to my miniDV camera and use instead of tape.-- Hey, I can dream.

If you noticed, Apple updated the ad with a new t-shirt on the girl and she has an iPod clipped to her waist. I believe that is all we can expect from Apple for the 20th Anniversary - not hardware. Besides, they have already announced: G5 XServes, 3 versions of XServes, iPod Minis (thanks M&Ms!), G5 Powerbooks, etc. About the only hardware that would make sense would be a mobile phone/PDA combo, but couldn't they just update the iPod software to do this? It would be great if Apple had the first OLED flexible screen product on the market (see Scientific American)!

They announced G5 PowerBooks? I think I must've missed that one! :)
iMac+
What about a limited edition Dual G5 2GHz PowerMac running Panther, inside the original Mac enclosure!
