I've been predcicting for the last year that Apple would introduce a dual-processor PowerBook G4 at MWSF 04. I'm specifically predicting a dual 1.4GHz 17-inch model.

No, but anything like "normal" battery life will definitely be an "extra-cost add-on" A dual-processor laptop (from anyone) is just not going to happen, unless you consider the graphics subsystem to be a second processor.
