Learn more with free Apple seminars and tutorials

The Keynote ones are good, giving a decent overview of how to use most of the features. If you respond better to video than written manuals I'd recommend them – watching someone perform a specific action with visual software like Keynote, then execute it so you see the result works a lot better than reading the manual on-screen. (Especially if you bought the iWork download so don't have any printed material.)

They're in iPod format, which is handy as you can watch them on the go; I'm just surprised that Apple chose to hide this content behind the "seminar" registration interface rather than as a podcast through the iTunes store, it's harder to get to than it should be.
