Agreed. I can't stand the basic one provided by Apple. LiteSwitch runs circles around it.

wholeheartedly agree with that!

Liteswitch has a nice sub-menu on the bar and awesome hotkeys. Hitting "F" twice will force quit an application, etc. The placement and size is also chageable.
