View PDFs inline in Camino on Intel Macs

This is equivalent to opening the Quicktime Pref Pane in System Preferences, clicking on the "Advanced" tab, clicking on the "MIME settings" button, expanding "Images - Still image files" group, and selecting "PDF image". At least in Camino 1.5.5, which (for me) was magically putting application/PDF back into the Camino plugins.dat file every time it launched. Unchecking this box allowed Camino to download PDFs once again. If only the PDF plugin from Adobe worked in Camino (at all, let alone as nicely as it does in Safari).
