Convert SWF files to QuickTime movies using Classic

Yes, one needs the Perian plug-in ( http://perian.org/ ) to make QuickTime understand .swf and .flv files - but Quicktime Player, even in the Pro version, seems to be somehow crippled wrt Flash. MPEG Streamclip ( http://www.squared5.com/ ) isn't, and since it can use all plug-ins installed for QuickTime, it converts .flv and .swf files to any format QuickTime can generate.

Sorry, I was too quick to reply - Streamclip and Perian do .flv files only, but no .swf ones.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I installed Perian, and it made no difference to either QuickTime Player or MPEG Streamclip. These .swf files do not open.
