10.5: One way to add meetings to iCal from Outlook email

Personally I read all my mail on my MBP with mail.app, so adding to iCal is a fairly simple matter of right-click on the ics attachment and selecting Add to iCal. Exchange being what it is means that it automagically adds the appointment to my calendar, so when I fire up Outlook in Parallels it appears there anyway. That way I can have my iPhone as my PDA (not used the Blackberry at all since I've gotten the iPhone and not missing the work mail on the move at all!), *and* everyone else in the organisation can see my schedule!
