10.5: Start Time Machine backups now in Terminal

To find the command-line options I did two things.

1. Run the "strings" command on the file (piped to "more").
2. Meander over to /System/Library/LaunchDaemons and see how the different backup applications are being launched. That's where you'll find, for instance, that one of them is automatically launched anytime a disk is mounted.
