Please also note that a much more dynamic way of doing InputManagers is to use the (still functional) SIMBL lib.
You don't have to fool with root admin access and items can be installed on a per user basis (~/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins) or globally (/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins)
SafariStand uses SIMBL, so it didn't even break on the new OS.
