Same here...although I do unplug all desktop computers (3), printers (3), AirPort Extreme (2), AirPort Express (4), DSL modem, TVs (4), TV recorders (2), Blu-Ray player, HD-DVD player and other ancillary electronics when we'll be away for a few days...not so much for the relatively small energy savings but for protection from electrical surges from nearby lightening strikes during the thunderstorm season.

Yes, I do have surge protectors and UPS units on the expensive stuff but I still feel better just unplugging them if we'll be away for awhile (defined as a couple days or more). Must admit though, I don't do it for the energy savings, rather for the electrical surge and/or brownout protection during the "season."

It's always a hassle getting everything turned back on when we return so I don't go through that routine on a frequent basis.

The energy savings from the vacation setting on my set-back thermostat on the AC, furnace and hot water heater far exceeds what little is saved by unplugging the electronic equipment in sleep mode. I concentrate on the stuff which saves me some serious bucks in a 4000 SF house.
