How to circumvent the Finder's 99 picture slideshow limit
Authored by: konsti on Aug 31, '07 05:01:58AM

This is a great tip, especially for a switcher like myself (since the first iMac-Intel). But judging from my Windows experience, where one could CHANGE that menu option, I would like to ask if there is a way to do that on MacOS X too.

I mean, modify the right-click menu entry "Slideshow" with the appropriate command to run Preview, instead of consciously running Preview--in case a newbie forgets that Finder has such a limit to 99 photos....

Windows Registry (yes, an eternal wound) was open enough to modify such a menu entry---is there a way, by using a script, to also do that on MacOS X?

Thanks--Konsti
