Quick browsing to a sub-section of a web site

okay, mabye I don't get this...

If I type "espn.com/mlb" in the address bar, my browser goes to "http://espn.com/mlb/index";. Okay, the browser (Safari) add the "HTTP://WWW"; bits which is a usual default behavior for browsers.
Although, wouldn't the "INDEX" part of the url just be a http redirect set up by ESPN? That's pretty usual too. Like when you type "apple.ca" and the browser brings you to "apple.com/ca/"...

I think I don't get this hint

twins8791 has confused things, read the original hint again. In your case, just type espn/mlb
