10.4: Recover Drive Mode functionality on Palm devices
You can also try The Missing Sync (http://www.markspace.com/). It allows you to mount an SD card on the Desktop, as well as being vastly superior to Palm Desktop for perfectly integrated data syncing between Palm device and Mac. At $39, it's a bit pricey but worth it. I've been using it for years.

10.4: Recover Drive Mode functionality on Palm devices
Hello All,
10.4: Recover Drive Mode functionality on Palm devices
I'd also add that The Missing Sync requires that an application is installed on the Mac, which means thumbdrive type use is restricted to machines that have the app installed. CardExport2 seems to only need a .prc on the handheld, which means you can mount the volume on any machine, any platform. I'm going to try it.

I tried CardExport and it didn´t work.

Another vote for Missing Sync. I've been using v5 and love it, new release looks good as well. Being able to use that 1gb SD card as a backup/storage device is well worth the price, assuming you also have your sync cable... |
