Extract images and movies from a Keynote presentation

This is a good, free way to do this, but there is a software-based alternative that I just discovered called File Juicer (http://echoone.com/filejuicer/). It's $14.95, but quickly extracts all kinds of images/movies from Keynote (as well as other file types like PDF) and puts them in folders by file type. It did an 11MB Keynote file in about 10-15 seconds. A Keynote presentation over 1GB in size with large images/movies took about 10 minutes.
