It never gets old

I love when people find complicated solutions for simple problems. This reminds me of when Firefox 2 came out there was a hint somewhere about turning on session restoring by going to about:config and changing some property... then someone pointed out that you just select an option in the preferences.

I sometimes think this site should be called "Mac OS X complicated solutions for simple problems"!

I jest though... lots of clever people here, and I do find cool tips. But it *is* funny sometimes. :-)

But as someone who's been using Macs since System 7 days, the whole point is its a simple OS to operate. I wasn't one of those Mac users who said if Apple ever adopted a command line I would go to Windoze (what where they thinking), since I already used stuff like IRIX, Solarus, MkLinux and BeOS, but it's funny how people are polarized about this.... some refuse to do things the easy way, and some refuse to do things using the available BSD tools.

It's like the one button mouse. (I have a 7 button mouse)
