Shorten CS2/CS3's name as seen in Open With menu

I don't see those long names on my OS X install of CS3. In the "Open With" menu, it just says "Adobe PhotoShop CS3", "Adobe Flash CS3", "Adobe Illustrator CS3", etc. I also don't get the ".app" extension showing up. Something has been tampered with on your install I suspect if you're having this problem.

I prefer to see the extensions, and have set the preference to do so with Onyx (I think). As for why I see the long string, I'm thinking it might be from Super Get Info, or something similar. My system (OS X 10.4.8 on a G4) otherwise is in top-notch shape. Either way, I'm just glad to have figured out how to truncate it.
