Wireless mouse dead? Use Universal Access

You do realize, I hope, that after we take those raw materials out of the ground, we process them in ways that change their chemical nature? The things we dump back into the landfills (or the oceans, or wherever) are often not at all able to re-assimilate into nature.

Don't be so quick with the uninformed criticism next time.

What is this mythical re-assimilate into nature whereof you speak? By what arcane magic has a substance been separated from nature? Combining zinc, nickel, potassium, manganese, hydrogen and oxygen into a battery somehow makes it no longer natural? It must be the tainting of the evil hand of man, I suppose.

Here's the chemistry: If it can't break down; it's inert. If it can, toxicity is in the dosage. Keep the concentrations below the toxic threshold and anything is harmless.

Of course, there's no money or power or hysteria in that simple little truth.

Rant over. Back to your regularly scheduled programming.
