(jokes) Hahhaha. ACTUALLY the EASIEST way is to strike a pose in the downward dog crane position, then with your fingers on the keyboard do about an Octave measure.. while holding command, key down, then press the arrow keys in this order up up down down left right left right, select, start, and whatever you do forget about the mouse, after all...Xerox corporate laughed at the mouse...what would anybody want with that. :) heh.

up up down down left right left right B A select start. (30 lives in contra, original NES)

If you want to move from the start to the end and vice versa, you don't need ANY modifier keys, just the up or down arrow keys does this.

This feature also existed in System 9 and I've been using it for donkeys years.
