Access HFS+ volumes in Vista and Windows

I have no way of testing this at the moment, but this looks like a free utility to read HFS+ on Windows.

It doesn't seem to be as plug and play as Mac Drive, but free is free.

I just tried it. It works almost perfectly with my USB harddisk with 2 HFS+ partitions along with an NTFS and FAT32 ones. It enable me to have read access to the HFS+ partitions very easily from an old Windows XP laptop. A few of the folders looked empty through its viewer, but if I select the folder and hit "extract" button, it copied over the contents successfully.
