Anti-aliasing is a way to remove this artifact by filtering the spectrum, which is the same as blurring the font a bit to make it display better
Really? I never knew that! Thanks for the excellent explanation of the term "anti-aliasing." (Okay, I didn't exactly understand the explanation, but at least one was offered!)
