It's that time again -- favorite browser poll posted

So i used to use Safari because of the interface but i was having some computability issues and there were some features i was looking for which i was able to do with Firefox.

I also think that while Firefox takes longer to load the first time, it is faster for general browsing.

With that said, oddly enough, some of my online homework sites work better with Safari so i still keep it around.

As far as RSS goes, Safari is better but Firefox is fine for me. there are a few blogs (engadget) where i prefer to read the RSS becuase it is less obtrusive and Firefox lets me do that.

On a separate note, the competition for browsers is fierce because it really is no more than 10 minutes of work and an hour of getting used to something new in order to switch. It is the same as for search engines. Because you are not locked into a certain piece of software, and they are all free so there is no investment, switching is so easy that people can use different browsers on different days.
