10.3: Print from Windows XP to a shared Mac printer

Just get the "Bonjour for Windows 1.0.3" installer for PC:

install and run the wizard on your windows xp, it will automatically detect and offer to install ANY shared devices, drives, printers even fax modems etc.
Select the printer you want to use, next use the preselected GENERIC printer driver and you are done. Works like a charm. (It will actually use some kind of HP Laser 4550 driver when you look it up under the added printer properties. Also dont forget to set the proper paper size for the trays.)
I have tested this with my printers: Epson C62, C65 and my external Apple USB modem.
