You probably know about this before, but you incorrectly stated that cmd-` cycles backward through applications. Actually, cmd-shift-Tab cycles backward through applications.

Cmd-` cycles through the windows of the foreground application. Cmd-~ cycles backwards through windows of the foreground application.

Great video otherwise. Good job.

Actually if you hit cmd-tab and keep cmd held down, then hit ` it cycles backwards. If you just hit cmd-` outside of the application switcher then yes it cycles application windows.

But within the application switcher, it cycles backwards through the list. Same as cmd-shift-tab.

In the Application Switcher both Cmd-Shift-Tab and Cmd-` cycle backwards. That is: once you've hit Cmd-Tab and keep holding down the Cmd key. In other words: as long as the Application Switcher window is visible then you can use Cmd-` to cycle backwards.
