Synchronizing NOKIA 9300 - Mac OS X 10.4.8 - iSync.app 2.3 - A GUI Way!

Control-click on iSync.app (version 2.3) / Show Package Contents

Open folder "Contents"

Open folder "PlugIns"

Open folder "ApplePhoneConduit.syncdevice"

Open folder "Contents"

Open folder "PlugIns"

Duplicate the folder "Nokia-9300i.phoneplugin" and rename it as "Nokia-9300.phoneplugin"

Open the new folder "Nokia-9300.phoneplugin"

Open folder "Contents"

Open file "info.plist" with TextEdit.app, find ALL "9300i" and replace them with "9300", Save

Open folder "Resources"

Rename the "com.nokia.9300i.tiff" as "com.nokia.9300.tiff"

Open file "MetaClasses.plist" with TextEdit.app, find ALL "9300i" and replace them with "9300", Save

Close all

You are done! Happy Synchronizing! :-)

unfortunately it does not work. First it says no device found add devise. but no devise found with scan.
The 9300 says syncronisation failed.

you have first to delete the prior 9300 from your iSync

(in the iSync window click the prior device 9300, then go to iSync menu/Devices/Remove Device)
