10.4: Resolve an Exposé / Office contextual menu issue

Another way is to disable the modifier key for the Exposé function.

To do this, you need to set the modifier key value to 0 (from its Shift value of 131072).

You will need to use a Property List editor to edit the com.apple.symbolichotkeys.plist preference file. To create this file and "expose" the relevant hotkey settings you will first need to remap the relevant Exposé function to another key for that Exposé function's key values to appear in the preference file (you can then remap it back to its "normal" key and the preference file should still contain the entry for that function).

This previous hint explains how to remap keys using the preference file, the relevant Exposé and Dasboard hotkeys numbers that appear in the preference file and the relevant modifier key values ==> http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20050801052917667
