I had Quicktime Pro and the free version of flip4mac, and I *did* get the watermark when exporting until I ponied up the $29 for flip4mac. I'm not sure what magic is happening on your machine, but if you can figure out how it's working for free, then I'm sure a lot of people would like to know. :-)
