Differences between this script and default bookmarklets

Indeed, Yojimbo does come with Javascript bookmarklets that perform a similar function (as acknowledged on the script's page). However, there are a few differences: the bookmarklets always bring Yojimbo to the front, and they do not allow you to set the name under which the bookmark will be saved (although you can of course edit it in Yojimbo). On the other hand, there is a bookmarklet that lets you set tags before saving, which is nice.

I prefer to use this script because it more closely models the behavior of Safari's "Add Bookmark" function: you can set the bookmark's name prior to saving, and you can continue browsing without looking at the bookmarks (unless you choose to).
