Can't see it
Authored by: Monkey Angst on May 22, '02 04:26:01PM

On my iBook (1024x768), doesn\'t look all that different. Can see the difference in the bookmark bar (and in things like BBEdit) but the majority of webpages don\'t look any different. Took some screenshots with smoothing off and on, the held them side-by-side and couldn\'t discern the difference. Not to say this is not a useful hint (note: it even smooths the preview text in Finder if you click a text file in column mode), but as for making Mozilla look as good as Chimera... not yet.

Can't see it

OK, I stand corrected. When I set my resolution (in Netscape's prefs) to 72 dpi, and look at very small text, I can definitely see the difference! Regular-sized text still looks the same, though... wonder why... ---------------------- Brad Hawkins We all live under Monkey Law.
