Aqua Moz
I've been using a Mozilla theme called Aqua Moz, which uses the actual chimera icons (included the chimera spinner) as well as a pinstripe appearance. For my taste, it's much nicer than the pinstripe theme alone.
Instructions are on the web site, but basically it just involves swapping the existing classic.jar file from your Mozilla.app package with the new classic.jar file that is available for download.
As with Rob's observation regarding the pinstripe theme, Aqua Moz is working fine for me on a Mozilla build from the 1.0rc3 tree (thanks VersionTracker for prematurely releasing that!). By contrast, the latest nightly builds do not seem to be working (tabs appear without a name).
Finally, kudos to whoever created the Aqua Moz theme. (it wasn't me). It has greatly improved my browsing experience. I hope there is no problem with passing on the link...

Now that is a nice theme!

I've posted an installer for Navzilla
It works with RC2 and should work with NN7b1.
DO NOT use on Windows
Aqua Moz
anyone know if there is a way to make the search button appear like all the rest? The blob style button just looks out of place
