Open links in tabs in Firefox via scroll wheel clicks

Wow, really, this info is new to you folks? I have been using the middle button/scroll wheel button to open and close tabs in Firefox for about as long as I have been using Firefox! That was on a Windows box at first. When I moved to the Mac, I expected it to work.

Now, mind you, those who don't have access to a multi-button mouse won't be able to do this. However, when I first bought a Mac back in 2001, I used a Microsoft optical mouse instead of the mouse that came with it because I can't stand not having access to a right button and a scroll wheel.

When I bought my MacBook recently, I bought a mouse with left and right buttons and a scroll wheel. Now that I have my Mac Pro, I have been using the Mighty Mouse and, other than some problems with games and not being able to "press both left and right buttons at the same time", I'm loving this mouse.

If this site just had hints like this one, I probably wouldn't have bothered posting this comment, but since I see some pretty high level hints in here, I'm really surprised that this one made it in here.
