Another way to create quick-access SSH shortcuts

My (current) method of choice:

1- Open Terminal "Connect to Server" dialog
2- Open SSH connection to server of choice
3- (optional) Open the "Window Settings" window and give the window background a slight color tint
4- Hit command-S and save the .term file (with hostname as filename)

Open new sessions with the File->Library menu
