10.4: Zoom window via control-scroll
Authored by: markhuot on Oct 11, '06 08:13:07AM

When I try to zoom in using dual monitors I can move my mouse. It starts to zoom fine but then as soon as the mouse moves the zoom jumps to the bottom of the screen and refuses to move anywhere else? I've been having this problem since 10.0. Can anyone else replicate this issue?

Same here, can only see the bottom of the screen, no higher than the top of the smallest display. If I had an actual serious use for this function I'd be quite upset. As it is I'm just mildly inconvenienced.

Same deal here.. I noticed this before 10.4.8, using the standard CmdOpt= and CmdOpt- for zooming in and out.

Frustrating indeed... I find myself zooming a lot..

Yeah, this is broken on most multi-monitor setups in all versions of 10.4. I filed a bug report with Apple a long time ago, but they haven't fixed it so far. Hopefully the fix will be in Leopard.
