Use Windows XP from Virtual PC with Boot Camp
Authored by: JOBU_GORE on Sep 25, '06 08:58:22PM

Hi Everyone,

I've got a single disk version of Virtual PC 7. It did not come with a second 'Additional System Files' disk which you all refer to as having the i386 folder on. I've explored the disk (using apps like IsoBuster and windows explorer), but can't find the i386 folder needed to create the bootable Win XP disk as per the instructions. It just shows all the virtual pc software files. It must be a partitioned disk, but I can't read the other partition with all the windows files... I've tried it on a Mac and PC... Can anyone offer any help with this? It would be most appreciated!

Cheers!

I have a single disc version f virtual pc7 and I have searched the CD for the i386 folder and cannot find it. Does anyone know how to extract it from the CD or where it can be found? Or, can an i386 from another copy of XP be used with my pass key from VPC7? Please Help?
