I have a situation at my job where that won't work for me. In order for me to be able to login to our Novell network and admin our DHCP servers (still netware), I've got to have a real IP and not a 10. that ICS gives you.
Sometimes ICS won't do. As for the original tip, either way the netadmin is giving out 2 ips, whether it comes from the same nic or not is ridiculous.
