Use another guide provider for EyeTV in UK
Authored by: gboudrea on Aug 24, '06 10:23:34PM
Here.
I modified my code so that it works with both Zap2It (directly) or XMLTV (using grabbers). I only tested with tv_grab_na_dd for XMLTV support. Other grabbers might give different data that would cause changes to be needed in the code.

I published the code under LPGL on Google Code:

It's not for the faint or heart... You need Apache, with PHP and the SOAP extension to be able to install this.
Or you can email me (see Google Code web page for address) and I'll try to hook you up with someone who already installed it and would be happy to share his installation with you, so you would only have to configure your Mac & EyeTV to get 'proxified' EPG data.

Good luck,

- Guillaume Boudreau

try tv-browser, it has a plugin for eyetv so you can add schedules. I also use the dvb epg. http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/19227
