Use Windows XP from Virtual PC with Boot Camp
Authored by: sjonke on Aug 22, '06 10:19:45AM

I should have posted this a while ago, but as it turns out the XP Pro version of VPC7 (as opposed to XP Home) has a 3rd CD, and it is the 3rd CD that contains the noted 386 folder. I had misplaced that CD, but eventually found it. It is labeled "Additional Windows System Files" and is white. Also worth note is that I didn't bother to do the slipstreaming of SP2 since it is included as noted by af_weeks. I created the empty file he noted and that worked like a charm. I was able to authenticate my copy of XP after the install. It worked great!
