Safari 2.0 contextual menus: Save to iPhoto or iTunes

I wish someone would write a plug-in that would allow me to setup other locations to download items to through the contextual menus. I use iView Media Pro instead of iPhoto and it would be nice to be able to download right into one of my iView watch folders.

Twist - when you have right clicked on an image in a web page (and the contextual menu has appeared), press the Option key. You'll see that Save Image to the Desktop changes to Save Image As.... Similarly, Save Linked File to the Desktop changes to Save Linked File As....

From there, it's just a short hop, skip and a jump - via the File Save dialog box - to put your files wherever you want to. Especially if, for example, you have added your iView watch folder to the sidebar...
