Your ATS caches are corrupt. Remove the file caches located in /Library/Caches/ where uid is your numeric user ID.

rm /Library/Caches/`id | cut -f 1 -d | sed -e 's/[^0-9]//g'`/*

should do the trick for you (note: I make no claims that this is actually right and not mangled from the copy/paste).

You can just do this instead:

rm /Library/Caches/$UID/*
