New hint rating system in place

I like the idea but think the current implementation has flaws.

Giving hints a single rating seems too vague and general to be very meaningful. The influence of subjective interpretation on what's actually being rated, by a wide diversity of users with differing skills and interests, dilutes their value.

Hints ratings could potentially be more useful to me if specific criteria were being rated and if I could select which users' ratings I want applied to hints.

Oh, and another thing ...

I don't see any indication of how many ratings a hint has received. That omission was obvious when glancing at the top 20 rated hints listings and noticing all of them only have a '5' next to them.

A hint with an average rating of 4 with 100 total ratings is likely to be more meaningful than one that's average is 5 with with only a couple total ratings.

And seeing hint submission dates in the top 20 listing could be helpful, too.
