CD/DVD printing on Epson Printers

I've been looking at buying one of these printers. Best Buy says the R220 is end of life'd. Anyone have info on if-when Epson is coming out with new printers w/ the CD/DVD printing capability, and what features and price range these replacements will have? Thanks.

They just released a slew of new printers and updated the main line 300/500/800 line a few months ago ... I'm not an expert but it seems like the main printer companies only really do two main releases/revisions a year - one before the hlidays and one in spring ... most of Epsons stuff this year was more high end stuff like the 5 or 6 ink monochrome one for photographers ... I've had a couple epsons - print quality great - the CD/DVd printing could nnot be easier and they look classy - get their paper (reasonable priced) for photos - they look extra nice or if you want high end stuff, they have speciality 25-100 year paper. Of course, ink is not cheap - $60 for a 6 pack at costco but the printouts are nice ... the draft mode is pretty worthless - unless you're giving away printouts to the other side on a lawsuit - then technically there are fine light, light, light gray dots on the page but more lemon-juice teen spy stuff ...

And I'd sure like to know if/when Canon is going to release printers in the U.S. with CD/DVD printing capability.
