10.4: Create a simpler PowerPC and Intel boot drive
Authored by: tota on Jun 20, '06 05:14:19AM

Unfortunately, I can't use this hint, because on my MacMini Intel Core Duo 1.66GHz Install DVD, I don't get the recomended format for formating the external drive.
Any other way to do that?

Best regards

The Mac Intel was the same as yours. The formatting options (GUID, APM and Master Boot Record) are available in the PPC Disk Utility too.
In Disk Utility you must choose the Hard Disk (not volumes) and the Partition option comes on.
Hope this helps.
