Normally, Flip4Mac will NOT install on an Intel Mac. However, a fellow came up with a way to do it, and it works great. His procedure is in an article found here:

As you will see, you have to run the browser AND Quicktime under Rosetta for it to work. What I did was dedicate Camino as my browser to run under Rosetta, and Safari as my "Intel browser" since it's a universal binary app. This way you don't have to switch back and forth when not wanting to run under Rosetta, although you do have to use Camino when encountering WMA files. Running Quicktime under Rosetta is not the performance hit you might think; in fact, i just leave it that way.

Flip4Mac vows the are going to release an Intel version, which will solve all this. But so far they've annonced nothing.
