Set some hidden preferences in iPhoto 6
Authored by: xcarobx on May 14, '06 03:31:40AM

This was a really nice hint, however, I understand why Apple made the default MaxThumbSize 360.
Whenever I set it to a higher value I can make the thumbnails bigger but if a thumb is only partly visible then it will disapear, it will not even reapear when scrolled into view.
Only when clicked or when you scroll one thumb past where it should have came inteo full view will it reappear.

Anybody got a fix for this?
I run my display at 1600x1200, could it be the thumbnail cache is too small or not able to handle the size/data?

B.t.w. I used this in the terminal to set the value:
defaults write com.apple.iPhoto MaxThumbSize -int 360
Change 360 to whatever you like.
