Resolve slowdown caused by Folder Action scripts

Thanks for this tip, although too bad it didn't post last week when I had the problem, and spend 2hrs figuring out what was going on. I had a folder-action set up, and sure enough system events, or whaterver the thing is would take 30 + CPU ticks from me. Ouch!! Instead of dealing with this obvious design flaw (APPLE) I decided not to use Folder-actions at all. BTW, Widgets can do this as well, if they are corrupt, they can take unusually high amounts of CPU time away from ya, so watch out.
