CombinePDFs as a PDF Service

To make things even easier, you can use CombinePDFs as a PDF Service. Simply create an alias to CombinePDFs in your ~/Library/PDF Services folder (create one if it doesn't already exist), call it something appropriate (such as Send To CombinePDFs), and when you print choose this from the Print Dialogue. CombinePDFs will receive and collate any PDFs you send to it, allowing you to re-assemble or delete pages before combining them. The only flaw is that each page is called "print job.pdf", as opposed to being titled according to the webpage title as happens through drag-and-drop.
