Make the iPhoto manual slideshow controls invisible

Sorry to stray from your tip...

I miss the ability that existed in iphoto previous to the current version.

It gave the ability to play an album or smart album as a slideshow simple by choosing an album and clicking the now missing play button.

The play button is still there in the toolbar. Depending on what version of iPhoto you are using it is on the bottom left i the tool bar or on the right in the tool bar.
if you can't see it, make your window bigger.

Many thanks Lori,

I had scoured iphoto looking for the play button.. I missed it due it not showing as an option in the customise toolbar menu..

btw I miss my big ole monitor (1600x1200) as I now just have my ibooks 1024x768 :(

Not sure what version you are using, but in the current version 6.0.2 the Play button is right there at the bottom of the screen.

In the previous version, iPhoto 5, it was on the lower-left below the info box.

The button might move around but it's always been there...
