10.4: Avoid a noisy hissing problem on MacBook Pros

The screen noise is a bad power inverter. Apple knows about it (according to Apple Discussions) and will repair it. The cpu cycling is fixed by PhotoBooth, Mirror Widget etc because it keeps a more even (power hungry) load on the cpus, opposed to running the cpu, powering it down, running it, 1000 times a second. I guess some cpus are more sensitive to this (or the switching power supply to the cpu)
