Use Command-F to activate search in iTunes

After executing these commands in Terminal, the new key assignments appear on the list of Keyboard Shortcuts in the system preferences, meaning you can accomplish the same thing in system preferences without using the command line. The catch, though, is that Target Search Field is not a default menu item, so you don't know exactly what command to enter! Is there a way to list all the possible commands for a given application?

On a related note, I finally found how to get a working keyboard shortcut for Update Songs on "iPod". Those are &^@%#$ curly quotes! Typed option-left bracket and option-shift-left bracket, for the left and right quotation marks respectively.
