Division doesn't work for me: 1/60 is read as 1 sec, for example.

But here's a better way: Instead of "Kind" or "Last Opened", use "Raw Query", found under "Other" in the same popdown menu. Then in the text field write
kMDItemExposureTimeSeconds < 0.006
(or whatever you want). This works and can be saved, and changed as needed. I limit my search to the appropriate folders, of course, to speed things up - no point in searching other than in the place where the pictures of interest are stored.
